Job Description:
Lead bartenders must make sure the bar operation runs efficiently.
Act as a leader in the business, and contribute to the growth of Club TEN and it's team members.
Bartender Job
Responsibilities:
Verify identification and age requirements of customers Take food and drink orders Mix traditional and creative cocktails Process payment from customers Clean glasses and bar utensils Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere Additional Lead responsibilities Watch inventory - conduct monthly inventory of liquor, beer and bar supplies Order liquor, beer, soda and other bar essentials Manage other bartenders Manage the floor while on shift - including overseeing servers and bartenders Train new bartenders Deal with problem customers Create drink specials and seasonal menus Keep alcohol cost in check with company expectations Work with the team to ensure great customer experience Attend weekly management meeting At least one night a week, serve as manager on duty.
Oversee complete operations during MOD shifts.
Qualifications Reliability Passion for Bartending and creating an amazing bar experience Bartenders license Outstanding hospitality/customer service skills Sense of humor Amazing and Upbeat Personality.
