Inside Sales Representative
Bauer Built is headquartered in Durand, Wisconsin and is a leader in the distribution of tires for commercial, retail, passenger, off-road, and agricultural markets. We operate 30 sales locations and 7 retread production facilities in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Wisconsin.
We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our tire center in Durand, Wisconsin.
This position is accountable to assist in the management of a tire center sales and service operation, so as to achieve budgeted sales and profit objectives. Responsible to sell product via telephone sales to an established list of customer accounts, as well as be a self-motivated individual with the ability to open new accounts. Responds to customer inquiries regarding sales or complaints. Greets and services in-store customers.
Prior work in tire sales and service is a big plus, but we will consider inexperienced candidates with selling ability, learning agility, and a strong work ethic.
